Every figure is double-boxed and cushion-wrapped. We treat every order like it's going into our own collection.

What do the condition grades mean?+
New — Mint condition, factory sealed.
Pre-Owned — Previously owned, figure is complete and in excellent shape.
Damaged Box — The box has cosmetic wear (dents, shelf wear) but the figure inside is 100% intact and authentic. Great for out-of-box collectors who want a deal.
Are your products authentic?+
100% yes. Every item we sell is authenticated. No knockoffs, no fakes — ever. We source from authorized distributors and verify every piece.
What are Grail Finds?+
Grail Finds are figures that rarely get restocked — limited runs, retired waves, discontinued lines, and hard-to-find exclusives. Once they're gone, they're gone for good.
💳 Orders & Returns
What's your return policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition you received it. Email us at thedealstalker@gmail.com to start a return.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible at thedealstalker@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can usually make changes or cancel it.
